Anna Bright and Dekel Bar ended Anna Leigh Waters and Ben Johns' nearly year-long mixed doubles dominance with a dramatic 12-10, 7-11, 11-9 victory.

Overcoming a 1-5 deficit in the final game, Bright and Bar showcased resilience and strategic play, particularly Bar's ability to handle Waters' aggressive returns.

• Anna Leigh Waters and Ben Johns are widely recognized as top players in pickleball. They have consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and have held a strong position of dominance in mixed doubles. Therefore, defeating them is a very big accomplishment.
